Students will be able to…examine how timelines work to show when certain civilizations were recorded in history                                                                                                  So that I can...make connections between important events in the histories of civilizations and larger historical events

Success criteria:

• • I can read a timeline that includes BC and AD dates
  • I can locate a specific year on a timeline
  • I can understand difference between a decade and a century.
  • I can identify ancient civilizations and the time period in which they lived in Mesoamerica
