We are ASYNCHRONOUS today, go at your own pace!  In order to be consider “at school” today, you must complete add a post in “Discussion – Wednesday. Sept. 23rd” found in the Geography folder (blue) in Schoology and submit it by 2:45pm today.

OBJECTIVES

Archery, arrow, target, target practice icon

Students will be able to  use grade level vocabulary to understand the four hemispheres of the earth and the continents and oceans located in each.

Success criteria:

  • (Today I will…)be able to define, find an image and synonyms for geoterms
  • (So that, I can...)can use correct terms in 6th grade SS in the labs and discussions.
  • (I will know I understand it when…) I can find tier 1 and tier 2 words that mean about the same thing as the geoterm.
