Students will be able to…examine how timelines work to show when certain civilizations were recorded in history         So that I can...make connections between important events in the histories of civilizations and larger historical events

Success criteria:

• • I will  examine the geography, climate and physical features of Mesoamerica
  • I will understand how the Mayan used their environment affect them to help create one of the largest civilizations in Mesoamerica
  • I can identify ancient civilizations and the time period in which they lived in Mesoamerica
